Manual lymphatic drainage techniques support the removal of excess fluid, toxins, and waste from the body’s tissues. MLD is widely recognised as an effective treatment for individuals living with the debilitating effects of lymphoedema and is also beneficial pre- and post-surgery to help minimise oedema and support recovery.
